Happenstance: A Novel

Sometimes we get so caught up in living that we forget to have a life. It only takes a seemingly small comment, gesture, or interaction to make someone realize they’ve deferred their own happiness for the sake of others’ needs and cares. If we’re lucky, we’ll recognize it’s time to embrace what it is we really need before it’s too late.

“Happenstance” is an introspective story about loyalty and betrayal; love and loss; and whether choosing one’s own happiness is an act of willful selfishness or a path to self-discovery and personal fulfillment.
